Envirosep’s Modular Central Plant solutions are pre-manufactured, modular buildings, with central utility equipment, that are manufactured in an environmentally controlled factory. Central utility equipment may include chillers, heat recovery chillers, steam generating system, hot water boilers, heat transfer system, stand-by generators, or electrical Switchgear. Modular Central Utility Plants provide contractors and developers with a solution for decreasing overall project construction time by allowing for off-site construction of the Central Utility Plant simultaneous to site construction. Single source responsibility by Envirosep ensures that the complex coordination of multiple trades is negated.
