Overview: Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of installation of the projects.
As the Construction Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution. Primary responsibilities:

9) Job Title: Electrical BIM Modeler

Overview: Summary
The BIM Modeler is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. A member of the production team that will create most of the drawings for a project and may function as a Lead Modeler.
Primary responsibilities:
- Work with the Lead Modeler in developing SolidWorks Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project’s needs.
- Will need to efficiently model and document the project.
- Perform layout and input of marked‐up drawings into SolidWorks in accordance with Envirosep Standards.
- Lead modeling efforts on projects working with support modelers to complete deliverables.
- Setup of SolidWorks views for use by the Envirosep Project team.
- Electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model.
- Input of marked‐up drawings into SolidWorks.
- Document and archive work pursuant to the Envirosep Standard.
