GEORGETOWN, SC — Envirosep is pleased to announce the expansion of their South Carolina manufacturing complex. The expansion includes a new 100,000 sq. ft., 4-story building addition and is a result of Envirosep’s continual growth in factory-built Modular Central Plants and Skidded Mechanical Systems. The new development is an $18 million investment in Georgetown County, SC which will create approximately 80-100 new jobs.

With the addition of a 4-story factory building, the expansion ensures an increase in manufacturing capacity for significantly larger Modular Plants and will accelerate the pace and scale of future growth. “Having the ability to factory manufacture multistory modular systems up to four stories and testing them as a complete assembly will be the ultimate customer experience during a factory test,” stated Brian Coakley, Vice President of Sales.

“We are very excited that our planned expansion has become a reality,” commented President and CEO, Timothy M. Tilley. “The new facility will provide Envirosep Manufacturing with 80 tons of individual lifting capacity, at a hook height of greater than 50 feet.” This is the second major expansion for Envirosep in the past decade.

The new factory building also presents the opportunity for Envirosep to grow its staff with the creation of new manufacturing jobs. George Wood, Director of Operations, remarked, “We are growing at Envirosep and now is a great time to join our team. Envirosep provides exciting opportunities to launch a manufacturing career with a variety of apprenticeships along with offering an array of benefits to its employees.” Currently, Envirosep has open positions for immediate hire including industrial electricians, project managers, pipe fitters, welders and more.
