Material includes cast iron ASTM A48 class 30 body, bronze ASTM B584-C84400 disc, EPDM seat (EPDM elastomers are not suitable for oil service), stainless steel ASTMA582 type 416 stem, stainless steel ASTM A313 Type 302 spring, Buna (STEM) Elastomers and EPDM "O" rings, (2) two brass body with EPDM check and gasketed cap metering ports and (2) two 1/4" NPT with brass plug drain tappings.

- Flow throttling valve, utilizing a plug and disc design to effectively and precisely set the desired flowrate.
- Convertible body design, allowing it to be changed easliy on site from angle to straight configuration.
